At Aireshield.com, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. This Refund & Return Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through Aireshield.com (the “Site”) and is administered by Reviveaire LLC.
Our goal is to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product or request a refund, please review the conditions below.
To qualify for a return or refund:
Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories.
The product must be in resalable condition (no visible damage, wear, or alteration).
Custom-sized or special-order units are not eligible for return unless prior written approval is provided before purchase.
Note: Installed or operated products are covered under the Limited Warranty (see Section 7), not this return policy.
Before shipping any return, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number:
Email support@aireshield.com or call (908) 987-7089 within the return period.
Provide your order number, serial number (if applicable), and reason for return.
You will receive instructions for the correct return address, packaging, and RA label.
Returns sent without an RA number may be refused or delayed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed shipping error or product defect.
A 15 % restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, testing, and handling.
Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned products that do not meet eligibility requirements may be returned to the sender at their expense.
After inspection of your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
If your refund is denied (e.g., due to installation, damage, or missing parts), the product may be shipped back to you at your request and expense.
Refunds are not available for:
Products that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged.
Returns missing components, accessories, or original packaging.
Custom-manufactured or special-order sizes, unless pre-approved.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external causes.
Defective products covered under Reviveaire’s Limited Warranty.
Note: Warranty claims follow the procedures and terms outlined in the Limited Warranty section below, not this return policy.
If your Aireshield module appears defective or fails under normal operation:
Submit a warranty claim via support@reviveaire.com
Reviveaire will review your claim under the Limited Warranty (36 months from installation / 42 months from manufacture).
If approved, Reviveaire will repair or replace the defective unit at no cost for parts.
Labor, removal, reinstallation, and shipping costs remain the responsibility of the owner or installer.
Warranty coverage does not include refunds. Replacement parts or modules are issued per Reviveaire’s warranty determination.
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above, including applicable restocking and shipping fees.
